The audit remains in its final review and sign-off stage, and our internal team and the CBIZ audit team continue to work through that final process so the Form 20-F filing can be made.
Since the February 17 update, the audit has continued through the remaining review and quality control procedures required prior to final sign-off. During that time there have not been developments related to the audit that warranted a separate public announcement.
