$Rocket Lab(RKLB.US) has formed a double-bottom pattern. The right needle is lower than the left one, and they are quite far apart. This is a very good pattern. In this volatile market, it's extremely difficult to find a company with stable fundamentals to serve as a cash safe haven. Capital won't let the small rocket go.
