Over the past year, you may have noticed that many investment apps have added chat boxes. But honestly — does having an extra chat box make your investing any easier? When you see a message, you still have to go check the market, review your holdings, open the trading page, and piece things together across multiple pages before you can make a decision. Market quotes are on page A, holdings on page B, news on page C, order placement on page D... AI is right there, but it just becomes another page you have to open. We think it shouldn't be this way.
