Regarding selling, should you sell directly or sell CC:
1. When you feel the peak has been reached and you need cash or want to rebalance your portfolio, sell directly.
2. When you feel it's optional to sell at the high, then sell some CC; sometimes you can earn a bit of option premium.
3. In short, don't let those small gains delay the strategy you intend to execute 🤔
4. The downside of selling CC is that in pursuit of option premiums, you might end up not selling the actual stock, leading to regret when the stock price falls.
It just means don't be too greedy.
