Rate Of ReturnIt's tough. When you can't hold on, think about it: is this company still operating? Is there still business? Can it continue in the future? These might be some of the few reasons that allow people to hold through a crash.
Of course, those doing swing trading, using leverage, or only knowing the company's name are not part of this discussion. Those who were bearish sold long ago; those selling now are panicking. I don't know where the bottom is either, but for those who haven't sold, there's no reason to sell—just waiting.
