$*ST 泛海 (SZ000046)$ 面退股之前做过大集和新海，能不能保住面值最重要的就是要看大股东的态度，大集和新海都是大股东真金白银增持救起来的，如果像蓝光发展那样摆烂没任何动作，基本可以宣判死刑，这批面退里最看好泛海，中天金融虽说也申请了重整，但是没有增持，而且价格太极限太冒险了，泛海是重整加增持，目前价格很安全进可攻退可守，先看大股东这次增持力度吧，能不能先拉回 1 元然后上到 1.3 安全区！
