这让耶伦财长非常着急，因此，泰国和阿根廷也赶紧跟进，停止使用美元，转而使用人民币进行贸易结算。其实，目前已经有 28 个国家停止使用美元了，这意味着美元这个霸主的地位已经动摇了。
耶伦也表示，美国经济衰退之快，已经完全出乎她的意料之外，无法理解究竟发生了什么，这导致世界上各国都在走向去美元化。
而最近美国银行接二连三地倒闭，让耶伦感受到了非常严重的压力。她甚至公开喊话，说如果各国都不使用美元，会导致世界经济大崩溃！不过，美国这么多年的霸道，也让一些人感到受不了了，所以反抗也是正常现象。
