A: You can enable or disable this feature on"App” - "Me” - "Settings” - "Account Settings" - "Automatic Currency Exchange and Repayment Service".

 

Q: Under what circumstances will I receive a notification that triggers the currency exchange reminder?

A: When the following two conditions are met in your account at the same time, the exchange reminder notification will be triggered (depending on the company's policy at the time):

  • Your account has a settled debit balance of at least HK$100 or its equivalent in other currencies, and
  • Your account balance in other currencies is higher than or equal to HK$100.

 

Q: What situations will trigger automatic currency exchange and repayment?

A: Automatic currency exchange and repayment will be triggered if you have enabled this feature in your account settings and both of the following conditions are met:

  • Your account has a settled debit balance of at least HK$100 or its equivalent in other currencies, and
  • Your account balance in other currencies is higher than or equal to HK$100.

 

Q: What is the exchange rate?

A: The reference exchange rate can be found on "Portfolio" - "More" - "Conversion". Please refer to the exchange rate at the time of conversion as it fluctuates all the time.

 

Q: Where can I find the conversion record?

A: You can check your conversion record on "Portfolio" - "More" - "Fund Details", or you may find more details of currency conversion in your daily statement.
