$Keppel(BN4.SG)Keppel’s pullback to S$11.16 today is starting to look increasingly attractive. The share price is hovering around its 50-day (S$11.11) and 100-day (S$11.26) moving averages, with the 200-day support at S$10.95 not far below. With the stock also approaching its 11 August ex-dividend date, I’m watching closely and will likely add position if it approaches $11

$Keppel Reit(K71U.SG) Stronger sentiment across the S-REIT sector lifted Keppel Reit today in spite of the ex-div today. Strong H1 results point to an improving outlook as rising Singapore office rents, easing borrowing costs and contributions from recent acquisitions support earnings growth. Planned asset divestments should reduce leverage and create room for unit buybacks. With valuations still below book value, the risk-reward profile appears increasingly attractive. Will continue to hold!

$Keppel(BN4.SG)Keppel slipped 2.3% today, but I see the pullback as healthy after its recent run. If the share price revisits the S$11 level, I’d seriously consider adding to my position given the company’s solid fundamentals and ongoing asset-light transformation. With the stock set to go ex-dividend on 11 August, this could prove to be a timely opportunity for long-term investors!

Despite today’s decline wiping out the gains from the sharp run-up that followed, the stock remains around the same range where I was bullish. With New Keppel’s profit up 25%, FUM above S$100 billion and continued asset monetisation, I see it as a lucrative long-term hold.

I’m happy to hold as growing recurring income and FUM provide a solid foundation for future growth.

$SIA Engineering(S59.SG)SIA Engineering’s FY25/26 results give me more confidence in the recovery story, with revenue and profitability improving strongly on higher flight activity and pricing. Capacity expansion at SAESL and Malaysia, alongside the Safran LEAP JV and Air India MOU, should support longer-term growth. While returns remain modest, I’m inclined to hold and wait for these initiatives to translate into stronger earnings.

$Keppel Reit(K71U.SG)I’m looking forward to Keppel REIT’s earnings on 29 July as they should provide a better gauge of whether my investment thesis remains on track. I’ll be paying close attention to rental reversions and occupancy. Positive commentary on these fronts would strengthen my confidence in the REIT’s long-term prospects. A hawkish Fed however poses some downside risks

$SIA Engineering(S59.SG)I’m considering exiting my SIA Engineering position as the investment thesis has become less compelling. With aviation demand largely normalised, much of the recovery appears to be reflected in the share price, while upside catalysts look limited. I may reallocate the capital to semiconductor names, where the recent pullback presents a more attractive risk-reward opportunity.

World Cup nights (or mornings) always hit differently. I watched the Norway vs England game at the CC with a few friends, and the atmosphere was unreal. Even though we were cheering for England, the Norwegian fans were amazing. The Viking chant gave me goosebumps. You could really feel how football brings everyone together.

As an England fan though, I know we’ve all said it before, but this squad feels different with Bellingham leading the charge. Hopefully in a week’s time we’ll all be singing the same thing…

Keppel surged over 5% today before the afternoon break, benefiting from the strong wave of global fund inflows into Singapore equities. Beyond the broader market tailwind, its asset-light transformation continues to resonate with investors. While the proposed M1 divestment did not materialise, it also presents an opportunity for management to unlock value through alternative monetisation strategies or reposition the business to better support its long-term transformation.

I received these Keppel REIT units through Keppel, and they’ve become a nice addition to my portfolio. I’m considering increasing my position as I like its portfolio of quality office assets and the steady stream of distributions it provides.

What stands out to me is SIA Engineering’s strong position in the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry, which allows it to benefit from sustained growth in air travel across the region. This is especially so after the recent Middle East conflict has helped to put the spotlight back on SIA, who is poised to benefit on Asia-European routes. As airlines continue to expand capacity and renew fleets, demand for maintenance services should remain supportive.

Keppel has been one of my strongest performers, with my position currently up 41.91%. The rally has been supported by its transformation into an asset-light business model, growing recurring income streams, and continued execution of its monetisation strategy.

Looking ahead, I remain constructive on the stock. Potential catalysts include further asset divestments, growth in its infrastructure and connectivity segments, and continued capital recycling that could support shareholder returns. Looking forward to the dividends as well!
