    In the first nine months, JINCHUAN INTL's copper production decreased by 6.7% year-on-year

    Jinchuan International has been granted a revolving loan financing of up to USD 17 million

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jinchuan International announced that on October 27, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Metorex (Proprietary) Limited (as the borrower) signed a loan agreement with a bank as the lender for a revolving loan financing with a total amount limit of USD 17 million for 12 months. The decrease was due to unstable electricity supply in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which led to a decline in electrolytic copper production. The group increased copper concentrate production through flotation plants to maintain overall output. Cobalt production significantly dropped to 71 tons, a year-on-year decrease of approximately 89.6%. Due to low cobalt production and export bans, no cobalt was sold in the first half of 2025
