VICOM Ltd. has appointed Chung Tying Chun as deputy CEO, effective May 1, 2026. He will assist the CEO in overseeing the group's operations while retaining his position as CEO of Setsco Services Pte. VICOM taps Chung Tying Chun as deputy CEO; CFO to retire

VICOM Ltd reported a 45.1% increase in profit to $42.5 million for FY 2025, driven by a 40.1% rise in revenue to $167.4 million, primarily from OBU installations. Operating profit rose 49.7% to $51.8 million, and EBITDA increased by 39.6% to $60.3 million. Earnings per share climbed to 11.98 cents. The board proposed a final dividend of 5.30 cents per share, totaling 8.40 cents for FY 2025. However, VICOM anticipates a decrease in demand for vehicle-related testing services as OBU installations conclude, while non-vehicle testing demand is expected to rise in 2026.

VICOM achieved a net profit growth of 77.6% year-on-year in the second half of fiscal year 2025, reaching 26.9 million yuan, with revenue increasing by 54.4% year-on-year to 97.6 million yuan, mainly driven by the smart driving device project. The board of directors proposed a final dividend of 5.3 cents per share, up from 3 cents last year. The total annual dividend increased from 5.80 cents to 8.4 cents, with a payout ratio of 70%.
