Keppel has signed a 25-year lease agreement with a global telco for a fibre pair on the Bifrost Cable System, which connects Singapore to the US. Keppel DC REIT has secured a 10-year lease extension for $350 million for KDC Singapore 7 and KDC Singapore 8, increasing the weighted average land lease expiry to 25 years. The extension is pending unitholder approval and will take effect from January 1, 2026. Funding will come from internal resources and debt, with no changes to the trust’s distribution policy.
