Yangzijiang Maritime Development Ltd has secured leasing agreements for 13 vessels worth $114.17 million, covering 12 oil, chemical, and product tankers, and one AHTS vessel. Lease durations range from 1 to 8 years, expected to generate recurring income. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported a fleet of 85 vessels and net assets of approximately $2.03 billion. Its net cash position is $509 million. SAC Capital Private Limited is the issue manager for its listing on the Singapore Exchange.
