Checking in on the portfolio with my latest update from today market. The Singapore allocation is showing great resilience today, with two notable turnarounds across our real estate and energy plays.

CapLand Ascendas (A17U) made a solid run back into green territory, jumping up to +0.80%, while Sembcorp Ind (U96) clawed back a significant chunk of yesterday’s loss, narrowing its dip from -5.50% down to -3.55%.

Meanwhile, my top three anchors are holding down the fort with steady returns: SingTel (Z74) leads at +3.75%, Genting Sing (G13) stays firm at +2.45%, and Mapletree Log Tr (M44U) maintains +2.36%. With CapitaLandInvest (9CI) sitting right at -0.40%, 4 out of our 6 positions are holding positive momentum. Broad-based strategy doing its job—holding steady!
