既然大環境嚴峻甚至陷入衰退，趁這段時間做好儲蓄。削減不必要的開支。本金不夠的就好好存錢，等加息週期結束（最快今年 9 月）。熬過去了到時候再大展拳腳，實在忍不了手炒股也可以學霞姐操作期權過過手癮。但這段期間最忌賭上頭，在至暗時刻倒下了就沒有本金賭下一輪牛市了。
