To break out at this level, we'll need some positive news to go along with it. There's a trading range between 697 and 715. I personally go all-in with full margin on TQQQ basically at the bottom of the daily chart range. My favorite setup is a 4-hour support level combined with a gap-down open. In this situation, even if I'm wrong, I can most likely cut my losses near my entry price. If I'm right, I just take profits according to my limit orders.
