1 Definition of LCP-FCCL
LCP-FCCL (LCP Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) is a high-frequency flexible copper clad laminate made by laminating electrolytic copper foil or rolled copper foil on one or both sides of a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) film as the dielectric substrate. It features low dielectric constant, low loss, low water absorption, and good dimensional stability, and is mainly used in high-speed, high-frequency FPCs, antennas, and RF module circuits.
