This week would be volatile as we wait and act on how both interest rate and tariff impose will act directly on the market in the short term. If you bullish overall slowly dca into the stock and have a system like adding a certain amount of money as the stock drops 10-20% to prevent emotion not panic.

Bitcoin has been gaining 30% just over the past month as the cryptocurrency strives to recover. Friday's US & Canada feud continues over the failed talks on tariffs as Trump slaps new 50% tariffs on roughly 20 billion worth of Canadian goods. Ofc Ottawa was not going to sit around and take that as he vowed to match dollar for dollar. This definitely adds to the ongoing inflation concerns, but at this point in time, I think most investors have already gotten used to these antics. Swing trades might want to pay close attention to the updates while long term investors can just chill and dca.

Question is will investor still care about the tariff negotiations.. After all this whole issue has been around for so long and markets have been able to climb a wall of worries to near all time highs.

This is classic headline selling. Futures drop, then dip buyers step in. Bitcoin breaking 2.5-year highs shows liquidity is still here. If talks resume Tuesday, risk assets snap back fast.

with the new tariffs take effect, only the common people will suffer as cost of living will go up not only in US and Canada. it is a global chain effects as alot of food still comes from Canada

US and Canada tariffs war again. The US can't accept Canada's proposal, increasing its tariffs to 50%. On the Canadian side, tic for tat to the US.

Inflation is so going to go up. Fed is reluctant to raise rates… Trump is really creating plenty of buy/sell “opportunities”

Alibaba is selling approximately 710 million ordinary shares priced at HK$112.70 per share.

Alibaba’s 9% revenue beat looks encouraging, but net income fell as heavy AI CAPEX weighs on profits. That’s a bet on future growth, not a problem yet—but returns still need to prove themselves. I’d hold if already invested, but stay on the sidelines rather than chase the stock now.

After earnings report, Futu was up 10% most of premarket, before giving up all gains upon market opening. Supports the hypothesis that American investors take Chinese ADRs very cautiously. not too different for Alibaba, I don't expect too much love from them.

Well as much as the narrative keeps pointing to yields and I agree yields are a sticky point and that is why the Feds are doing a ‘stealthy YCC’. (Look at what Bessent just added to what he said the day earlier. I mean he is hinting at YCC without saying it. Those who get the hint will plan accordingly. Those who are waiting for a clear cut announcement and definition will be behind the curve. Even crypto is hinting at something. Hint: They flourish with liquidity. And look at USD. It is devaluing in response. Price action precedes narratives.)
