I’m not confident the acquisition of Paragon is good for CICT as that mall doesn’t get a lot of shoppers.

Oil prices is bound to spike, but another play is the fertiliser shortage. CF is a good hedge as an alternative to pure oil plays. Otherwise just long any volatility will do!

CICT has been making good acquisition as part of their strategic strategy to enhance dividend. I think a long is a good call!

I believe elevated oil price is here to stay, with volatility still in play. I think a good idea is to bet on oil implied volatility product and option staregies!

Iran and US ceasefire is coming to an end and the 2nd round of peacetalks have yet to begun. Trump isn't going to budge with the blockade of Straits of Hormuz and Iran is retaliating as well. Interesting week ahead as volatility spikes.

Asia Square Tower is really close to my office 😂. I trust CICT’s decision and support it, but I am a bit sad to hear that the ownership has changed. IOI properties has huge presence at Shenton Way 😆.

The straits of Hormuz has never been opened, it's just to make the market react. Wonder what CICT is going to do to colonize Orchard road and make the unit holders Huat big big.

Sometimes I wonder why the market really buys into the narrative theatrics. People should stop reacting to every headlines and becoming exit liquidity. But thats human sentiment for you!
