I feel this is the beginning of a valuation re-anchoring — in the eyes of analysts, Palo Alto may transition from an SASE vendor with a forward PE of 50x to an AI infra vendor at 60-70x, with the key being whether Cortex XSIAM and Idira collectively achieve over 30% ARR growth in the Q2 earnings report.
