genuine question because everyone in my group chat keeps calling this a 12.2b google order. it is a warrant. google gets the right to buy up to 59m marvell shares at 206.58, and it only fully vests if google buys around 120b of chips through fy2033. so is that revenue coming to us or dilution coming out of us, or both at once? still cannot decide how to weigh it

amazon closed 286.16 up 5.4%, tagged 287.16 intraday, fifth company ever worth 3 trillion. AWS at 42.2b a quarter is carrying all of it. holding from 190 and this is the one position i genuinely do not trim 💎🙌

sandisk bouncing and goldman still has it a buy with a high target. NAND pricing finally turning after years of pain. only a small position but the risk reward at these levels looks decent to me

Memory Got Dumped, Big Tech Made Records, and Nvidia Just Held. Watch the Divergence.

IBM Just Had Its Worst Day Since 1987. The Reason Is the Most Bullish Thing I've Heard for Memory All Year.

IBM fell 25% on Tuesday, its worst single day on record, breaking a mark that stood since the 1987 crash. On the surface it is a disaster: Q2 revenue missed at 17.2 billion dollars, guidance disappoin...

Nvidia Fell 3.5% in the Memory Crash. The Real Question Isn't the Price, It's Thursday.

Nvidia dropped about 3.5% to 203 as the SK Hynix profit scare dragged the entire AI chip complex lower, Broadcom, AMD and Qualcomm all red. On a day like this the instinct is to panic about whether th...

Nvidia Said Its Roadmap Is Intact. Here Is Why That Statement Matters More Than the Delay Rumor Did

the $NVIDIA(NVDA.US) story i can't unsee: they reportedly pushed the next-gen Kyber rack back 12-plus months to 2028 and canceled the NVL72x2 on PCB issues. one stumble doesn't break the thesis but it's the first time in a while they've looked mortal. holding my core, not adding, this reopen could be choppy. watching how the market takes the delay.
