When processing your account termination request, our Customer Service team will first verify your identity and confirm with you the reason for termination before proceeding to close your account as requested. This ensures your account is safe at all times.
Our Customer Service team will further guide and assist you in performing the needful. This will ensure proper account closure according to the specific circumstances of your request.
Please be cautious as you will no longer be able to view your account information through our Longbridge App once your account termination has been successfully processed.
Please make sure outstanding balances are fully settled and arrangements for your holdings have been provided.
Please make sure you have de-activated any third-party account linked to your account with us.
Take note that your account termination request is considered as a voluntary waiver of future refunds, rights and/or interests that may accrue in your account.
Any request to re-open a new account subsequent to account termination will be treated as a fresh account opening request.
