This article will quickly answer frequently asked questions about withdrawals.

1. How to withdraw funds from your trading account with Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. ("LBS")？

Login to LBS App > "Portfolio" > "More" > "Withdrawal"

Step1. Select Currency.

Step2. Select your beneficiary bank.

Step3. Indicate the amount you intend to withdraw.

Step4. Submit the request and wait for the arrival of funds.

2. Estimated arrival time and fees

Transfer to Singapore Banks

Transfer to non-Singapore Banks

Notes:

• Please transfer funds to a bank account in the same name as your LBS Account. Funds cannot be withdrawn to other persons' bank accounts, third-party payment platforms. 
• LBS supports SGD, USD and HKD for withdrawals. Please ensure that your bank supports the withdrawal currency. 
• If you do not have a verified bank account with LBS, please add one first before initiating a withdrawal.*
• Only settled amounts can be withdrawn, and your net total cash balance must be greater than 0. 
• Remittance fees are subject to change without prior notice.
• You will be responsible for any charges imposed by the remitting banks, receiving banks and intermediary banks.
• An email and push notification will be sent to you once the withdrawal is complete.
