適用範圍
同一股票在香港（HK）市場和美國（US）市場之間的轉換。
轉換費用
從美股到港股的 ADR 轉換：SGD 800/訂單 +USD 0.05/股 + 其他第三方費用（如有）
從港股到美股的 ADR 轉換：SGD 800/訂單 +USD 0.05/股 + 其他第三方費用（如有）
注意：爲了成功處理您的轉換申請，請確保您的帳戶中有足夠的資金來支付相關費用。
轉換過程
- 客戶使用註冊郵箱（根據模版）發送申請至corp_action@longbridge.sg；
- LBS 向客戶發送確認郵件；
- LBS 從客戶的賬戶中扣除 ADR 和費用；
- LBS 更新客戶賬戶。

提交電子郵件申請後，需要多長時間完成轉換？
LBS 將在收到客戶的電子郵件申請後儘快向清算經紀人申請轉換；LBS 將通過電子郵件將結果發送給客戶。
一般情況下，轉換將在客戶提交申請後的 10-20 個工作日內完成轉換。具體時間取決於清算經紀人的處理效率。如有特殊情況，也可能大於 20 個工作日。
注意事項
- 轉換申請一旦提交就不能更改或取消；
- 一旦處理轉換，相關股份和費用將被凍結和扣除，在此期間不能出售/轉讓/撤回。凍結/扣除的操作可能會立即影響客戶的資產總值、相關保證金價值、風控狀況等。客戶應對相關的市場波動、資產流動性、融資以及其他相關（如有）風險負責；
- 轉化率因股票而異。以 BABA 爲例，1 股 US 股票 = 8 股 HK 股票。如果您有任何問題，請聯繫我們的客服。
