Stock remains beaten down due to capex concerns. However, capex is paid mostly by customer pockets. The revenue is also growing. Why should they be punished for tight cash flow when the business model is not broken?
I intend to hold with TP target $300!

While everyone else was focused on South Korea crash & buying the dips on memory stocks, I am paying attention to our local market. With the reduced board lot size introduced in October, many are pushing bank stocks higher before taking profit later on. I'm not 100% sure that a healthy pullback is on the cards anytime soon, but I'm certainly not rushing in as well. I'm buying these bank stocks for my dividend portfolio, not trading, hence the patience and not trying to fomo in to lock in more profits.

Seems like Fraser Centerpoint Trust prefers assets in the north-east sector of the island like this Bayshore one. So far, they haven't have foothold to the south-western sector like clementi-jurong east/west-Bukit Batok-Tengah-CCK-Bukit Panjang. Hopefully they would acquire something when the greater southern waterfront district lands.

Trump’s vociferous posturing is not going to get the Strait of Hormuz open. In his past track record of “managing” relations with other countries, he has always made things worse and this war is turning out no different. Now we are faced with the threat of blockage of another strait and free marine passage rights in danger of being undermined permanently.

👉 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:➤ 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 could be required to post over $𝟳 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 in collateral.➤ Requirement relates to Oracle's $𝟭𝟱 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 Port Washington data center.➤ Annual cost of the required security could exceed $𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.➤ 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻 regulators declined to reconsider the collateral requirement.➤ Facility supports Oracle's reported $𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 OpenAI computing contract.➤ 𝗦&𝗣 recently downgraded Oracle to 𝗕𝗕𝗕-, one notch above junk.➤ Rule applies to developers rated below 𝗔- under utility tariff requirements.➤ Oracle says it remains committed to protecting Wisconsin ratepayers.➤ 𝟮𝟰 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 now require collateral or stricter standards for large data centers.Oracle has a 638B AI cloud backlog which sounds amazing until you notice free cash flow went negative and S&P cut them to BBB minus. building all that AI capacity is not free. great top line story, just keep one eye on the balance sheet 👀

How much upside is left for Bloom Energy? What is the room to run from here?

$Oracle(ORCL.US) The biggest bull case for Oracle is also the same reason many investors are skeptical. The company has a $638 billion remaining performance obligation, which represents the contracted future revenue its customers have committed to. For FY2027, Oracle is guiding for $90 billion in revenue, which is significantly higher than FY2026 $67 billion. However, many investors are also worried about the massive backlog. Half of the backlog comes from a single customer - OpenAI. That company recently delayed its IPO, which added to major concerns about its ability to meet its obligations. In addition, Oracle is not only spending all of its income to set itself up to fulfill its backlog but is also taking on debt. @Captain's Treasure

Mizuho Securities: Optics
Market Trends & Technologies> Optical Circuit Switches (OCS): OCS is gaining traction among hyperscalers, with Google (GOOGL) leading adoption in its Jupiter Network and other hyperscalers like Amazon (AMZN) and Microsoft (MSFT) exploring its use. Lumentum (LITE) and Huber+Suhner (HUBN) are identified as key partners in this space. > Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) vs. Near-Packaged Optics (NPO): While interest in CPO continues to grow (with potential deliveries in 2028/29E), industry focus is shifting toward NPO in the near-term because it is easier to deploy and requires less co-integration than CPO, despite being less power-efficient. > Silicon Photonics (SiPho) & InP: The supply chain for SiPho remains constrained, with demand potentially outpacing foundry capacities at GFS and TSEM. A transition to 6-inch wafers is underway to help alleviate supply tightness by providing ~130% higher wafer area. > Micro-LED (uLED) Potential: uLED/ALC is emerging as a potential disruptor for networking, offering 20-30m reach at approximately 1/5th the cost of optical pluggables, with no InP supply constraints. Credo (CRDO) is noted as a key player in this space, targeting deliveries starting in 2027-28E. Company-Specific Updates (Lumentum & Credo)Lumentum (LITE):> Growth Drivers: Lumentum management noted that the "best is yet to come" as several major growth drivers—optical scale-up, optical scale-out, and optical circuit switches (OCS)—are just beginning to ramp up and are not yet fully reflected in their numbers.> 1.6T Transition: The company is seeing a significant tailwind from the transition to 1.6T transceivers, led by NVIDIA and Google, with 200-gig EMLs providing roughly double the average selling price (ASP) of previous generations.> Scale-Out Business: The partnership with NVIDIA for high-powered lasers in CPO switch platforms is a major focus, with expected incremental revenue of $50 million to $100 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 alone.Credo Technology (CRDO):> Market Outperformance: Credo has significantly outperformed larger rivals like NVIDIA and Broadcom in share price gains during 2026, largely due to its specialized role in high-speed, energy-efficient connectivity.> Optical Portfolio: Following its acquisition of DustPhotonics, Credo has strengthened its silicon photonics capabilities. The company expects its optical connectivity business to generate over $600 million in revenue in fiscal 2027, supported by a 1.6T networking transition.$Lumentum(LITE.US) $Credo Tech(CRDO.US) $Broadcom(AVGO.US) $NVIDIA(NVDA.US) $STMicroelectronics NV(STM.US) $Alphabet(GOOGL.US) $Meta Platforms(META.US) $Tower Semicon(TSEM.US) $Marvell Tech(MRVL.US) $Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US) $Microsoft(MSFT.US) $Amazon(AMZN.US)
