I am very concerned about S Reits now, this could be another long term down cycle given that the Fed dot plot suggest rate hike will continue into end 2027

The recent stock prices of reits have already been priced in and depressed by the action of Fed rate hike, but it is really worth a second thought, adding to the position of the reits which are well managed, with low gearing and have good fundamentals if you go long in this sector.
