Step 1: Transfer funds to bank account of LBS (You can deposit money through DDA, bank transfer, Paynow)
Step 2. Submit deposit notification (For DDA, deposit notification is not required, for bank transfer and Paynow, deposit notification would be required)
Step 3: Your funds will be reflected as deposited into your trading account at LBS and is available for usage as soon as the funds are credited into your account.
LBS supports SGD, USD and HKD for deposit.
You can also do instant conversion between currencies after your funds are successfully credited into your LBS' Trading account.
LBS and its agent bank (DBS) do not charge any fee. However, the remittance bank and/or intermediary bank may impose charges. For any specific cost, please consult your remittance bank.
The exact amount received by LBS will be deposited into your trading account, any bank charges incurred by the remittance bank will be borne by you.

Long Bridge does not accept any funds transferred from bank account belong to third-parties, third-party payment platforms, joint bank accounts (unless accounts opened at LBS is of such a nature), cheques and cash. Please use the bank account with the same name as your LBS' account to initiate the deposit. Otherwise, such payments will be rejected. Refunds will be returned to the remitter's account in the same manner as they were transferred. It may take up to 2-4 weeks(The third-party platforms deposit refunds may take 6-8 weeks) and all the bank charges are to be borne by the client.
Banks may take time to process the remittance. After the remittance bank notifies LBS that the payment is successful, LBS may still need to wait for the processing result of the receiving bank to complete the deposit verification. The arrival time may differ for different deposit methods.
Please note the funds might take longer processing time during Singapore public holidays and bank holidays.
An email and push notification will be sent to you once the deposit is completed and reflected in your trading account at LBS available for your use.
