1 November 2026, 00:00:00 to 30 November 2026, 23:59:59 (GMT+8)

1. Eligibility

This reward is available only to Singapore Residents who have not deposited any assets (including cash and incoming share transfers) into their account before 1 November 2026, 00:00 (GMT+8).

"Singapore Resident" means a user residing in Singapore, including a Singapore Citizen, a Singapore Permanent Resident, a holder of a valid work pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore, or an individual who can provide a valid Singapore residential address.

New users who registered through Longbridge's partner or affiliate channels (such as third-party promotional campaigns or referral links) are not eligible for this event. Their rewards will be granted in accordance with the terms of the respective campaign under which they registered.

2. Rewards and Qualifying Criteria

During the event period, subscribe to eligible funds, meet a cumulative net subscription tier, and hold the required amount for 14 days to receive the corresponding cash coupon:

✅ SGD 1,000 or more → SGD 10 cash coupon

✅ SGD 10,000 or more → SGD 40 cash coupon

✅ SGD 100,000 or more → SGD 300 cash coupon

• Each user may receive one tier of reward only, based on the highest tier attained during the event period. Rewards across tiers are not cumulative.

• This reward may be received together with (and is stackable with) the account-opening reward and the deposit reward.

• Each client may receive this reward only once during the event period.

• A client must access this event page during the event period and satisfy all qualifying criteria in order to receive the reward.

3. Definitions and Calculation Rules

• • Eligible funds: all publicly offered funds available on the LBSG platform, other than money market funds and Cash Plus.
• • Net fund subscription = the amount subscribed into eligible funds, minus any amount redeemed from those funds, during the event period.
• • Holding requirement: after reaching a given tier of cumulative net subscription, the client must maintain a holding in eligible funds of not less than that tier amount for 14 consecutive days.
• • The 14-day holding period commences on the date the fund units are confirmed (the "Unit Confirmation Date"), so as to account for the fund's settlement cycle (T+N).
• • If a redemption during the holding period causes the holding to fall below the tier amount, the qualifying criteria will be deemed not met. The reward will not be granted and will not be re-issued.

4. Reward Fulfilment and Use

• • Qualifying clients will receive the cash coupon within 7 business days of meeting all conditions.
• • The cash coupon will be credited to the Longbridge App under Me > My Coupons.
• • Cash coupons are non-transferable. Any coupon not used before its expiry date will lapse, will not be re-issued, and the reward will be deemed forfeited.

5. General Terms

• • All rewards are granted only upon full satisfaction of the applicable conditions and are subject to LBSG verifying that the client meets all specified conditions. Any discrepancy or inconsistency may result in disqualification.
• • Cash coupons and other rewards may be unable to be delivered due to exceptional circumstances beyond LBSG's reasonable control (such as system failures, interruptions or third-party service disruptions). LBSG reserves the right to substitute or adjust a reward with one of equivalent value where necessary.
• • Where an account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity (such as the use of multiple accounts or devices), LBSG may, at its sole discretion, disqualify you from the reward and restrict your participation in future events. LBSG reserves the right to claw back any reward obtained through system vulnerabilities, hacking tools, fraudulent transactions or other unauthorised means.
• • By participating in this event, you consent to LBSG collecting, using and disclosing your personal data as necessary for the administration and operation of the event (including eligibility verification, reward fulfilment and compliance requirements). LBSG will disclose your personal data to third-party service providers only for purposes connected with this event, and will protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA"). • • These terms, the rewards and the offers are organised by LBSG. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms, the terms of your existing client agreements, and any determination made by LBSG in respect of this event.
• • LBSG reserves the right to vary any of these terms without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, LBSG's decision shall be final. Any dispute or circumstance not covered by these terms will be resolved by LBSG's management in the manner it considers fairest to all parties, and that decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
