1. How to use

The interest boost coupon applies exclusively to funds under Longbridge Cash Plus. It activates the day after your Cash Plus subscription is confirmed.

The coupon becomes active when its status updates to "Active," which occurs the day after the interest boost takes effect. You can track daily interest earned during the coupon's active period.

The interest boost is capped at the coupon’s daily limit if your holdings exceed the maximum eligible amount.

You can view the coupon details and usage requirements under Me → My Coupons in the Longbridge App.

The coupon must be activated within its validity period. Expired coupons will be invalid and will not be reissued.

Interest boost coupons cannot be transferred, replaced, redeemed for cash, or reused.

Please update your Longbridge App to the latest version for a smooth experience.

2. When will my coupon be activated?

If you have not subscribed to Cash Plus:

3. How do I view my returns?

Returns generated from the interest boost can be tracked in the Longbridge app under Me > My Coupons

Settlement of bonus interest earned from the coupon is subject to the terms outlined in the coupon details, which can be found in the app. The returns will be credited to your account balance in cash within approximately 3 business days.

4. Can multiple Interest Boost coupons take effect at the same time?

Yes, they can. When there are multiple interest boost coupons in the account, each coupon will take effect simultaneously according to its own rules.

Example: Client holds SGD 300 in funds that is eligible for interest boost and has two interest boost coupons in their account that take effect on the same day:

One coupon offers a 3% interest boost for 30 days on a maximum principal of SGD 100.
The other coupon offers a 5% interest boost for 60 days on a maximum principal of SGD 200.

The maximum additional interest earnings over 60 days can be calculated as follows:

Day 1 to Day 30: SGD 100 * (3% / 365) * 30 + SGD 200 * (5% / 365) * 30
Day 31 to Day 60: SGD 200 * (5% / 365) * 30
