Things to Note:

  • Use a New QR Code: Generate a new QR code for each PayNow transfer and avoid reusing the same code.

  • Source of Funds: Funds should originate from your personal bank account. Deposits from third parties or joint accounts will be rejected and returned. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred during the refund process.
  • Exceptions Requiring Longer Processing Time: In cases such as missing reference numbers, duplicate QR code usage, or discrepancies in bank account names, crediting funds may take a longer time. If funds are not credited within 1 business day, please contact our customer service.

Circumstances Requiring Longer Processing Time:

  • The client reused the same QR code for multiple transfers.
  • The client's account name with Longbridge differs from the name on the bank account.
  • The client made a transfer via UEN without indicating their one-time unique reference code.
