$Singtel 5xLongSG280307(XNEW.SG)

Context: Singtel has been holding up quite well, so I decided to take a leveraged position and see if the momentum could continue.

My trade: I entered Singtel 5xLong at 0.310 and continued holding. It is now at 0.340, giving me around 9.67% profit. Happy with the gain so far and I will continue to watch how Singtel moves.

Takeaway: Sometimes being patient with a good entry works better than chasing after the price.

📊 Weekly Market Recap: Interest Rates Repriced, AI Enters the "Show Me" Phase

The core logic of the market this week continues to revolve around the Fed, the yield curve on US Treasuries, gold, crypto assets, and AI infrastructure. 1. The Fed: The focus isn't hawkish vs. dovish, but expectation management. I believe this speech is more about resetting market expectations. Short-end rates reflect future policy expectations, while 10-, 20-, and 30-year Treasury yields better capture the market's view on long-term inflation, fiscal health, and confidence in USD assets. Therefore, a rise in short-end rates doesn't necessarily signal a loss of control; what truly matters is whether the long end can hold steady. If it's just a short-end adjustment...

Weekend Portfolio Analysis and Review - # My Portfolio Health Check

Portfolio performance continues to diverge, with growth and infrastructure holdings showing improving momentum while Singtel remains the primary drag on overall returns.

Keppel and Grab are emerging as key outperformers supported by stronger sentiment and improving price action, while SoFi continues its gradual recovery despite ongoing volatility. REIT holdings remain relatively stable benefiting from yield support but still facing upside constraints from the higher rate environment.

Overall the market appears to be in a selective recovery phase rather than a broad based rally with leadership concentrated in stronger names.

As a result Portfolio remain selectively bullish focusing on capital preservation, letting winners run and only considering additional exposure when support levels hold and trend confirmation becomes clearer 🚀 @Bridge Buzz SG

【Follow-up – My Portfolio Health Check - Divergence in Performance, Selective Strength Emerging】

Portfolio shows a clearer split this week, with growth and infrastructure names outperforming while Singtel continues to lag. Overall structure remains in a stabilization phase, but internal divergence is becoming more defined.

🇸🇬 SG Assets (Equities / REITs)

Singtel (Equity - Telco) - Extended weakness persists despite defensive fundamentals. Sentiment remains the key drag, with price structure still under pressure 🔴

Keppel (Equity - Infrastructure) - Steady upward bias supported by infrastructure, asset management, and energy transition exposure 🟢

Daiwa House Logistics Trust (REIT - Logistics) - Range-bound with mild pressure as higher-rate environment caps upside ⚪

Sasseur REIT (REIT - Retail) - Defensive stability intact, supported by steady yield profile ⚪

Genting Singapore (Equity - Hospitality/Gaming) - Momentum is improving as tourism and gaming support earnings recovery, though stronger catalysts are needed to drive a sustained breakout 🟡

🇺🇸 US Assets (Growth Equities)

SoFi Technologies (Equity- Fintech) - Mild recovery trend forming, though volatility remains elevated 🟡

$Grab(GRAB.US)(Equity - Growth Fintech)- Strong relative outperformance with improving momentum and sentiment 🟡

📊 Market continues in a selective recovery phase, with growth and infrastructure leading while defensive and lagging names remain mixed. Divergence across sectors is becoming more pronounced.

💡 Stay selective and disciplined, letting winners run while avoiding averaging into weak trends. Focus remains on capital preservation and confirmation-based entries only.

📈 Mildly to moderately bullish with leadership concentrated in Grab and Keppel while income holdings provide stability and Singtel remains the key position requiring monitoring

Week 6 – Portfolio Consolidation & Steady Gains

Entering June, the portfolio remains focused on high-conviction semiconductor and data center infrastructure plays.

Performance Highlights

Intel (INTC) continues to be a primary driver with a substantial gain of +137.97%.

Astera Labs (ALAB) maintains strong momentum, currently showing a +109.97% return.

Micron Tech (MU) is holding steady with a solid +76.15% gain.

Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) serves as my largest weight at 10.43%, providing stability and ongoing exposure to the memory sector at +19.71%.

Trade Recaps: Trimming & Adjustments

I have been systematically rotating out of individual high-volatility names to prioritize broader industry exposure, as seen in the steady growth of my ETF positions.

I continue to trim smaller, less efficient positions to streamline the overall portfolio structure, focusing my capital where the momentum is clearest.

Insights & Risk Management

The current strategy leans heavily into the picks and shovels of the AI infrastructure boom. While some positions like Zscaler (-19.13%) and Constellation Energy (-11.57%) are currently in the red, they represent a small percentage of total portfolio weight. My risk management approach remains disciplined, utilizing trailing stops to protect core gains from any sudden market-wide volatility. As I look ahead, I will continue to prioritize capital preservation while letting my top-performing semiconductor positions run.

(Week 6: My Portfolio Health Check)

Another bullish week for the tech stock and semicon. As I have planned, I bought $ASML(ASML.US)at the dip and sell after my expected earnings. I have closed my ASML and plan to buy the dip again. The rest of the stock are doing well, $Meta Platforms(META.US) announced of subscription service which stirred a little tumour and dip. I am still holding and plan to get more. $Alphabet(GOOGL.US)is my next eyeing stock. It has dropped till the expected price. I will get profited from some stocks and buy the dip. Overall, very satisfied my progress.

Not gonna preach. You should already know. I’m not someone you should copy. Portfolio health check? Pretty positive. Watching for that correction, though in the long run these companies have survived decades and demonstrated adaptability. I still stand behind my original thesis: we’re gonna need more computers than oil. And yes, although we need electricity to run these systems, oil isn’t our only source of power. I will be dipping my toes into HK soon. No points for guessing which stock. Should be obvious by now.

[Week 6 – Portfolio Health Check: Staying the Course]

Week 6 marks another positive step forward for the portfolio. While market volatility remains part of the journey, the focus continues to be on disciplined execution, conviction, and long-term positioning rather than reacting to short-term price movements.

This week, both core semiconductor holdings delivered strong performance, with Sandisk returning to positive territory and Micron continuing its impressive upward trend. The portfolio remains concentrated in high-conviction positions where I see long-term value creation driven by AI, data center demand, and memory industry tailwinds.

I also initiated a small SG leverage position as a tactical addition to improve capital efficiency. The allocation remains intentionally small and manageable, serving as a supplementary growth component rather than a major portfolio driver.

Current Highlights

• Sandisk: +9.44%

• Micron Technology: +47.42%

• SG Leveraged Position: +10.37%

• Portfolio remains focused on semiconductor and AI-related opportunities

The goal remains unchanged: stay patient, manage risk responsibly, and let quality positions compound over time. Markets will always have periods of uncertainty, but a disciplined process matters far more than short-term fluctuations.

Progress is rarely linear, but consistency continues to pay off. 📈 @Bridge Buzz SG

Week 5 – My Portfolio Health Check

#My Portfolio Health Check

I sold off Google at a decent profit as I follow the sector rotation by the market. I sold a put on Zscaler just before earnings and got in at $160 but market overreacted so I have to wait for slight recovery. It is already bouncing back up from $120 region. Target sell $180, good luck to all.

Week 6 – My Portfolio Health Check

1. Added more $Singtel(Z74.SG)as a bottom fishing strategy. Hope it pays off.

2. Miss adding more $SATS(S58.SG), but happy with the gain even it's a small amount.

3. Waiting for $Olam(VC2.SG)to fly higher before taking profits.

Happy investing!!!

Week 6 - don’t do much trading in the past 1 week as feeling like the market going to have some correct after the Beijing Summit. Tech stocks remain as top pick especially semi-con stock. Dell was rising crazily few days ago.

Week 6 Review: The Ultimate Sweet Spot of Execution.

#Portfolio Health Check

Premium Extracted, Cash Secured: Two of my short put options contracts officially crossed the finish line and expired this week. Watching that premium melt to zero and securely land into my account as pure cash flow? Absolutely beautiful. I have one more contract running with about 10 days left. My game plan remains defensive: I am halting new option entries until the market gives us a deep, high-probability macro correction.

Discipline beats impulse every single time. This week, I saw the exact technical pullbacks that match my strict trading parameters, allowing me to add small tactical positions to MSFT and GOOGL. The best part? The moment the orders went through, the price caught an immediate upward momentum. Buying the structural floor right before a bounce is the ultimate confirmation of patient trend following.

🌟 Stick to your rules, wait for the market to come to your price, and let time decay work for you. When you master patience, trading stops being stressful and becomes incredibly rewarding.

Karching 🥂 🏖️
