New registered customers who successfully complete the 3 steps below during the Campaign Period will receive a HK$50 AIRSIM e-Voucher, which can be used towards their first purchase of a data or voice package through the AIRSIM App. Voucher quantities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

How to Earn the Voucher

1. Enter the LongbridgeAI website/App via the designated link.
2. Register as a new LongbridgeAI user using a valid email address or mobile number.
3. Successfully submit your first question to LongbridgeAI.

Once the above 3 steps are completed, eligible users will automatically receive a HK$50 AIRSIM e-Voucher code in the App within 7–14 business days. Please see below for how to redeem the credit in the AIRSIM App.

Redeeming the Credit in the AIRSIM App

• This e-Voucher is applicable to AIRSIMe (eSIM) and AIRSIM (physical SIM) accounts. If you do not have an AIRSIM account, please purchase an AIRSIM prepaid SIM first.
• New AIRSIMe (eSIM) users should enter the exclusive 16-digit Voucher Code on the AIRSIM App registration or top-up page to receive HK$50 free credit in their AIRSIM (physical SIM) / AIRSIMe (eSIM) account. This free credit can be used towards a first-time purchase of a data or voice package through the App.
• Existing AIRSIM / AIRSIMe users should log into their account, go to the "Top Up" page, and enter the Voucher Code under "Top Up By AIRSIM Voucher" to receive the HK$50 credit.
• The e-Voucher code is valid until [expiry date TBC]. Users must enter and redeem the offer in the AIRSIM App on or before the expiry date.
• Users must consume this promotional credit before the expiry date of their AIRSIM / AIRSIMe account, otherwise the credit will be forfeited.

Campaign-Specific Terms

1. Eligibility. Open only to individuals who register as a new LongbridgeAI user for the first time using a valid email address or mobile number during the Campaign Period. Existing LongbridgeAI customers prior to the start of the Campaign Period are not eligible to participate.
2. One redemption per customer. Each eligible customer (identified by a unique registered email address, mobile number, or device) may enjoy this offer a maximum of one time. Any form of duplicate or multiple participation (including but not limited to using the same mobile number or the same device to register multiple accounts) will not be accepted. Registrations using temporary, disposable, or one-off email addresses or mobile numbers will not be processed.
3. All steps must be completed. Users must fully complete all 3 steps above during the Campaign Period to be eligible. Users who do not complete all steps will not receive this offer.
4. "Successfully submitting a first question" means the user has submitted a genuine, substantive question via LongbridgeAI (in-App or web version), as reasonably determined by Longbridge. Blank submissions, test messages, or content submitted purely to trigger the reward do not qualify.
5. Limited quantity. HK$50 AIRSIM e-Vouchers are limited in quantity and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all vouchers have been redeemed, this offer will end even if the stated end date of the Campaign Period has not yet been reached.
6. Not applicable to corporate accounts. This offer does not apply to AIRSIM Corporate Customer Accounts.
7. Currency and offer stacking. The e-Voucher applies only to a valid HKD-denominated AIRSIM / AIRSIMe account registered in the AIRSIM App, and may not be combined or used concurrently with other promotions during the same period.
8. Voucher validity period. The e-Voucher code is valid until 31 December 2026. Users must enter and redeem the offer in the AIRSIM App on or before the expiry date, and must use the credited amount before the expiry date of their AIRSIM / AIRSIMe account.

General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign (Applicable to All Campaigns Above)

1. All rewards are only finally granted once the participant fully satisfies the eligibility requirements of the relevant campaign described above. 2. Improper conduct. If a participant engages in improper conduct in connection with any campaign described in this document — such as malicious reward farming, using programs/scripts to farm rewards, falsifying or misrepresenting information, exploiting platform vulnerabilities for gain, or using technical means to obtain improper benefits — Longbridge reserves the right to disqualify that participant from the relevant campaign.
3. Use of rewards. All rewards (vouchers or lucky draw entries) must be used in accordance with the requirements of the relevant campaign described above. Rewards not redeemed within the validity period will lapse and will not be reissued.
4. Not investment advice. The above campaigns are provided by Longbridge. These campaigns are not, and should not be regarded as, an offer, solicitation, invitation, recommendation, or opinion in respect of any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor as advice on any investment decision, nor should they be regarded as professional advice. 5. Personal data. By participating in any campaign described in this document, you agree that the company may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purposes of administering and operating the relevant campaign, including eligibility verification, reward distribution, and compliance with regulatory obligations. Longbridge may share your personal data with third-party service providers solely for purposes related to the relevant campaign. 6. Final decision. Reward eligibility and data confirmation for each campaign shall be based on Longbridge's backend records. Longbridge and (where applicable) campaign partners reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and to suspend, extend, or terminate any campaign, without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Longbridge (and, where applicable, campaign partners) reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
7. Relationship to other terms. The above terms supplement the Longbridge Customer Agreement and platform terms, which are available on the company website. In the event of any conflict, the Customer Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
8. Third-party AI content. This content is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice. Investing involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Longbridge provides only the data interface; market analysis and related content are independently provided by third-party AI Agents, and Longbridge assumes no responsibility in this regard.
9. Governing text. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
