1. Can I redeem an Option Cash Coupon for cash?

No, an Option Cash Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.

Option Cash Coupons provide rebates and are used to offset the purchase amount for an option order. The rebate will be credited to your trading account within 1-2 working days after the contract settlement date.

2. How do I use an Option Cash Coupon for an order?

Option Cash Coupons can only be applied to buy orders.

When placing a buy order, the system will automatically apply the most suitable Option Cash Coupon available. You can modify or remove the Option Cash Coupon in your “Order Details” when placing an order.

3. Why doesn't the order value decrease when I use an Option Cash Coupon?

The order value doesn’t change, as you’ll get your money back as a rebate, equal to the value of the Option Cash Coupon. You’ll receive it within 1-2 working days after the contract settlement date.

4. If I use an Option Cash Coupon worth SGD 50 for an order valued at SGD 30, can I use the remaining SGD 20 later?

No, each Option Cash Coupon can only be used once. Any unused portion of the coupon will be forfeited.

5. I have 2 Option Cash Coupons, 1 worth SGD 50 and another worth SGD 100. If I place 3 orders valued at SGD 30, SGD 60, and SGD 120, how can I apply the Option Cash Coupons to receive rebates?

When using Option Cash Coupons, Longbridge’s system will automatically select the most suitable coupon for each order.

For example:

• SGD 50 coupon will be applied to the SGD 60 order.
• SGD 100 coupon will be matched with the SGD 120 order.
• No coupon will be applied to the SGD 30 order in this case, as your coupons exceed the order amount.

Remember to make sure that the correct coupon is applied before placing any orders.
