I. Benefits for Prime Members

The waiver of platform fees for Hong Kong and US stocks and options is subject to eligibility criteria as detailed in Section III (Equity Distribution Rules).
II. Eligibility & Criteria
The Longbridge Prime Member program is an exclusive initiative for selected partners. The selection of partners is determined at the sole discretion of the Business Development Department of Longbridge. Partners invited to join must confirm their participation via email to access the benefits outlined above.
Benefits take effect upon email confirmation and remain valid until the end of this activity. Renewal is required to continue enjoying these benefits in the following year.
III. Equity Distribution Rules
Platform fees for Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, and stock options will be waived using a Platform Fee Deduction Coupon, with the following details:
- The coupon has a total value of USD 5,000 and can be used up to 1,000 times, with a maximum deduction of USD 5 per transaction.
- The coupon applies to transactions in Hong Kong stocks, US stocks and stock options.
- If the platform fee exceeds USD 5 for a single transaction, the remaining amount must be paid by the user.
- If the total value of the coupon (USD 5,000) is exhausted during the Activity Period, users will be required to pay the full platform fees for subsequent transactions.
All benefits outlined above will be issued to the account within 3 working days after invited partners have been onboarded onto the program.
IV. Program Terms and Conditions
- This program is organized by LBSG. By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions, the existing terms and conditions in the customer agreement, and the decisions of LBSG regarding this Program;
- Investing in financial products always carries the inherent risk of financial loss. LBSG will not be held responsible for any losses related to investors' investment activities. LBSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Event, including but not limited to delays, losses, or inability to receive rewards.
- Longbridge reserves the right to amend the benefits, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, Longbridge's decision will be final. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by LBSG’s management in a manner it deems fairest to all concerned, and that decision will be final and binding on all parties.
- Note: Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. is referred to as LBSG or Longbridge.
