Under what circumstances do I need to verify my bank account?
Only verified bank accounts can be used for withdrawals.
If the bank account is added through DDA linkage, it will be automatically verified.
If the bank account is added manually, verification is required by submitting valid proof of bank account.
How do I register a bank account?
Login to LB apps -「Portfolio」-「More」-「Bank Accounts」
Select「+」and enter your bank account information.
Note:
Registering bank accounts belonging to another person, third-party payment platforms, or joint bank accounts is not permitted.
Bank account number is not the same as debit/credit card number.
A valid proof of account must clearly display the beneficiary name, bank account number and bank name.
Once submitted, the status will be automatically updated to "Under Review" and is typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Once the review is successful, the bank account status will be updated to "Verified", and you will receive a notification via push notification and email.
If the review fails, the status will be reverted to "Verify Now" and you will need to re-upload the correct supported documents to proceed with the verification. A detailed rejection notice will also be sent to your registered email address.
What is a valid proof of account?
A valid proof of account must clearly display the following information:
The client’s name
The client’s bank account number
The bank’s name
Typically, a clear bank statement is sufficient. However, screenshots from bank websites or mobile apps containing the above three pieces of information will also be accepted.

Why was my bank account verification failed?
Common reasons for rejection include:
The provided proof of account document does not include the client's name, bank account number, or bank name/logo.
The account information (e.g., client name, bank name, or account number) entered by the client does not match the information in the provided proof of account. Please note that the bank account must be in the client's name; accounts held by others, joint accounts, or third-party payment platforms are not accepted.
The provided proof of account document is blurry and cannot be clearly recognized.
Credit/debit card numbers are provided instead of a bank account number. Please note that credit/debit card numbers are not the same as bank account numbers and are not interchangeable.
How long do I need to wait for bank account verification?
The verification is typically completed within 1-2 business days. Once verified successfully, the bank account can be used for fund withdrawals.
