什么是派息/特殊派息？
派息是上市公司向股东派送现金的行为，特殊派息属于派息的特殊形式。本文将阐述派息与特殊派息的概念、除权日股价及股东盈亏变化，以及派息的处理时间。
1. 派息
- 参与条件：在除权日前一天收盘后，若客户持有上市公司的股票，即可参与派息。
- 处理时间：若您符合派息要求，长桥会在派息日后 1 - 3 个交易日完成处理，将现金股息发放到账。
- 除权日股价与股东盈亏：除权日当天，上市公司股票价格会下跌，股东开盘前会看到自己的盈亏显示为亏损状态。但这部分亏损金额会以现金股息的形式派送到股东账户中，而持仓成本并不变动。也就是说，派息后股东的持仓由全部正股，变为价格下跌后的全部正股加上等同于正股下跌金额的现金股息。
2. 特殊派息
特殊派息同样是上市公司向股东派送现金，但派息原因具有特殊性。比如上市公司因某些投资获利而非主营业务盈利，从而派发特殊股息。其参与条件、处理时间以及除权日股价和股东盈亏变化与普通派息一致。
