The process of transferring stocks from Computershare (CS) includes the following six steps:
Step 1. Send an email from your Alibaba Health work email address to CS at AliHealthSharePlans@computershare.com.au to request a stock transfer-out.
Step 2. Receive an email reply from CS, which will detail the transfer steps. (An email example is as follows, for reference only.)

Step 3. Reply to the email from CS to confirm your intention to transfer the stocks and pay the transfer service fee (HKD 375) to the beneficiary account provided in the email from CS.
After completing the payment, reply to CS's email again and provide the payment receipt. Once CS receives your service fee, they will send you another email. This subsequent email will include details about your current broker and will ask for the receiving broker's information (listed below) and the number of shares you wish to transfer.

A subsequent email from CS
Step 4. After your confirmation, CS will confirm your transfer-out broker details via email and provide the corresponding contact person, contact information, and expected settlement date of your current broker. (An email example is as follows, for reference only.)

Step 5. After completing the above steps, you can submit a stock transfer-in application on the Longbridge App according to the information provided in the email from CS.
Step 6. Once the above operations are completed, the brokers will contact each other to confirm the transfer. Please wait patiently. Once the other broker transfers the stocks out, Longbridge will deposit them into your account within 1–2 working days.
