The AI Agent interacting with users is an artificial intelligence system, not a real human. It may malfunction or provide inaccurate, outdated or misleading information, and users should verify its accuracy themselves. Users must comply with the applicable regulations of the regulatory authorities in their jurisdiction when using AI Agents.

Participation Notice

Please read carefully and make sure you understand the terms and conditions of this campaign before participating. By choosing to continue participating in this campaign, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about or objections to any of these terms, please contact us before participating and we will be happy to assist.

Campaign Period: 1 October 2026 00:00:00 to 31 December 2026 23:59:59 (Hong Kong time, GMT+8), both dates inclusive.

Offer Details

This campaign is jointly offered by RentSmart and Longbridge. New users who register for LongbridgeAI for the first time through a RentSmart designated link or entry point and successfully complete the 3 steps below during the Campaign Period will receive one RentSmart promotional code worth HK$30, which can be used to pay monthly rent through the RentSmart mobile app.

How to Earn the Promo Code

1. Enter the LongbridgeAI website/App via a RentSmart designated link or entry point.
2. Register as a new LongbridgeAI user^ for the first time using a valid email address or mobile number.
3. Successfully submit your first question to LongbridgeAI.

Once the above 3 steps are completed and eligibility has been verified, LongbridgeAI will issue a HK$30 RentSmart promotional code to the eligible user's "My Cards & Coupons " section in the Longbridge App within 7-14 business days. Please see below for how to use the code in the RentSmart App.

App –Using the Promotional Code in the RentSmart App

●   The promotional code may be used to pay monthly rent through the RentSmart mobile app.

●   How to use: Log in to the RentSmart App, enter the discount code in the “Enter Discount Code” field when paying your rent. Confirm that the discount has been automatically applied, then complete your payment.

●   The promotional code is valid until 31 December 2027 and will expire after that date.

●   The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, cash vouchers, or other goods or services, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

Campaign-Specific Terms

1. Eligibility^. Open only to new users who, during the Campaign Period, register for LongbridgeAI for the first time using a valid email address or mobile number through a RentSmart designated link or entry point, and successfully submit their first question. Existing users who registered for LongbridgeAI or the Longbridge App before the start of the Campaign Period are not new users and are not eligible to participate.
2. One redemption per customer. Each eligible user may enjoy this offer once only, i.e. one RentSmart promotional code worth HK$30. Accounts, identity documents, mobile numbers, bank cards or mobile devices belonging to the same user shall be regarded as the same user. Any form of duplicate or multiple participation (including but not limited to using the same mobile number or the same device to register multiple accounts, or logging into the same account on multiple devices) will not be accepted, and Longbridge reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop issuing rewards to the relevant accounts. Registrations using temporary, disposable or one-off email addresses or mobile numbers will not be processed.
3. All steps must be completed via the designated entry point. Users must fully complete all 3 steps above through the designated entry point during the Campaign Period so that their eligibility can be verified. If eligibility cannot be confirmed because a user did not use the designated entry point, or because their registration or question submission records cannot be verified, the user will not receive the offer. The offer will not be issued retrospectively.
4. Successful first question. "Successfully submitting a first question" means the user has submitted a genuine, substantive question via LongbridgeAI, as reasonably determined by Longbridge. LongbridgeAI includes the LongbridgeAI chatbot in the App, the web-based LongbridgeAI chatbot, Skills, MCP and CLI. Blank submissions, test messages, or content submitted purely to trigger the reward do not qualify.
5. Use of promotional code. The promotional code may only be used to pay monthly rent through the RentSmart mobile app.
6. No cash exchange or stacking. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, cash vouchers, or other goods or services, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
7. Promotional code validity period. The promotional code is valid until 31 December 2027 and will expire after that date.
8. Improper participation. If a user is found to have participated using false information, duplicate accounts, or other improper means, RentSmart and Longbridge may disqualify the user from the offer after reasonable verification.
9. Amendment and termination. RentSmart and Longbridge may amend or terminate this campaign for reasonable operational needs and will announce any changes on the campaign page or through other appropriate channels. Any change will not affect a user’s eligibility for an offer already earned by meeting the requirements before the change, except in cases involving fraud, abuse, or manifest error. In the event of any inconsistency between this clause and Clause 6 of the General Terms and Conditions below, this clause shall prevail in respect of this campaign.
10. Governing law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign (Applicable to All Campaigns Above)

1. All rewards are only finally granted once the participant fully satisfies the eligibility requirements of the relevant campaign described above. 2. Improper conduct. If a participant engages in improper conduct in connection with any campaign described in this document — such as malicious reward farming, using programs/scripts to farm rewards, falsifying or misrepresenting information, exploiting platform vulnerabilities for gain, or using technical means to obtain improper benefits — Longbridge reserves the right to disqualify that participant from the relevant campaign.
3. Use of rewards. All rewards (vouchers or lucky draw entries) must be used in accordance with the requirements of the relevant campaign described above. Rewards not redeemed within the validity period will lapse and will not be reissued.
4. Not investment advice. The above campaigns are provided by Longbridge. These campaigns are not, and should not be regarded as, an offer, solicitation, invitation, recommendation, or opinion in respect of any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor as advice on any investment decision, nor should they be regarded as professional advice. Individuals viewing information relating to these campaigns should fully understand the risks involved, as well as the relevant legal, tax, and accounting characteristics and consequences, before making any investment decision, and should determine — based on their own circumstances — whether any related investment is suitable for their financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance; professional advice should be sought where necessary.
5. Personal data. By participating in any campaign described in this document, you agree that the company may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purposes of administering and operating the relevant campaign, including eligibility verification, reward distribution, and compliance with regulatory obligations. Longbridge may share your personal data with third-party service providers solely for purposes related to the relevant campaign. Please refer to Longbridge's Privacy Policy on the company website for details.
6. Final decision. Reward eligibility and data confirmation for each campaign shall be based on Longbridge's backend records. Longbridge and (where applicable) campaign partners reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and to suspend, extend, or terminate any campaign, without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Longbridge (and, where applicable, campaign partners) reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
7. Relationship to other terms. The above terms supplement the Longbridge Customer Agreement and platform terms, which are available on the company website. In the event of any conflict, the Customer Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
8. Third-party AI content. This content is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice. Investing involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Longbridge provides only the data interface; market analysis and related content are independently provided by third-party AI Agents, and Longbridge assumes no responsibility in this regard.
9. Force majeure. If any reward cannot be issued as scheduled due to force majeure, Longbridge makes no guarantee and accepts no liability in respect thereof.
10. Governing text. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
