This campaign is organised by LongbridgeAI ("we", "us"). The Agents entered in this campaign are created and published by users themselves on the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform. Their analyses, responses, and related content are generated independently by the AI models configured by the users, do not represent the views of LongbridgeAI, and are separate from any LongbridgeAI official Agents. We act solely as the platform provider of the above tools and infrastructure: we are not involved in the development or operation of any third-party models or applications, nor in users' specific customisation of their custom models or applications; we do not endorse any content generated by third-party models or applications or by custom models or applications; and we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any content, opinions, or recommendations provided by entered Agents. Please exercise your own judgment and bear the corresponding risks before use.
The AI Agent with which you interact is an artificial intelligence and not a real human being. It may malfunction or provide information that is inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. You should independently verify the accuracy of such information. Your use of the AI Agent is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the regulatory authorities in your jurisdiction.
Terms of Participation
Before participating in this campaign, please read carefully and confirm that you understand its terms and conditions. By choosing to continue participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the above terms. If you have any questions or objections regarding any of the terms, please contact us before participating, and we will be happy to assist you.
1. Campaign Period
Sign-up and entry publication period: 00:00:00 on 14 October 2026 to 23:59:59 on 30 October 2026 (GMT+8)
Judging period: from the entry deadline to 6 November 2026 (GMT+8)
Announcement of winners: within 7 business days after the campaign ends (GMT+8)
2. Eligibility
All users of the Longbridge platform are eligible to participate in this campaign.
3. Campaign Tasks and Rewards
How to participate
Sign up: During the campaign period, open the campaign page and tap "Sign up in one tap". Once signed up, the button changes to "Start building now". Each account only needs to sign up once; withdrawal after sign-up is not supported.
Build freely: Tap "Start building now" to enter the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform and create an Agent. You can describe what you need in natural language and let AI generate the configuration, or arrange it freely on the canvas. App users should follow the on-page instructions to complete building in a mobile browser after signing up. During the campaign, usage from creating and testing Agents by participants is counted towards the "Agent Challenge dedicated quota" (the exact quota will be as displayed in the interface at the time) and does not consume the weekly quota of your personal plan; everyday conversations are still metered under your current plan. After the campaign ends, usage from creating and testing Agents returns to being metered under your current plan.
Publish to enter: During the campaign, every Agent you publish to the Agent Marketplace for the first time after signing up is automatically counted as an entry, with no separate submission required and no limit on the number of entries. Agents that are only created or tested but not published to the Marketplace do not count. Agents published to the Marketplace before sign-up are not automatically counted; to enter them, you may duplicate them as new Agents after signing up and publish again.
Published entries are displayed in the "Agent Challenge" section of the Agent Marketplace for all users to browse and use. Usage incurred when other users use an entry is borne by those users; the author does not pay for it.
Entry requirements
This campaign is intended to showcase users' ability to orchestrate AI. Entries must not contain any investment advice, offer, or solicitation in relation to securities, futures, funds, virtual assets, or any other financial products, including but not limited to: (i) recommendations to buy, sell, or hold; (ii) target prices, ratings, yields, or forecasts of price movements; (iii) stock picks, stock-screening conclusions, or portfolio allocation proposals; (iv) functions that make investment decisions or execute trades on behalf of users; (v) any statement implying that the content originates from research views of Longbridge or its affiliates, or has been reviewed or endorsed by Longbridge.
Entries must also not use absolute statements, guarantees of returns, or other inducing language; must not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights; and must comply with the publishing guidelines of the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform and applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse publication of, restrict the display in the Marketplace of, or take down any entry that does not meet the above requirements, and to disqualify the relevant user from participation and from receiving prizes. Entries taken down are deemed withdrawn.
Judging
Entrants sign up on their own, and LongbridgeAI, as the organiser, judges all entries. Judging combines each entry's real usage, favourites and duplicates, based on platform data as of the campaign deadline, together with the organiser's review, to produce the list of winners. Spelling out your Agent's highlights in its description makes it easier to get noticed; you are welcome to share your Agent's results and how it evolved under the community topic #BuildAnAgentToWork, which the team will keep following.
Entries that are deleted or unpublished by the author, or taken down for violations, during the campaign are deemed withdrawn and will not be judged.
Entries that are duplicates (copies) of other users' published Agents on this platform are not eligible for judging. In the event of a dispute over similar entries, the order of first publication on the Marketplace shall prevail.
Published entries may continue to be improved during the campaign period (the sign-up and entry publication period). Changes made after the judging period begins are not considered.
LongbridgeAI official Agents and usage data generated by abnormal means are excluded from the rankings.
Prizes
Chief Agent Creator (10 winners): The top 10 entries by overall ranking receive a featured spot in the Agent Marketplace. Their creators receive a Longbridge coffee-desk gift set worth nearly HK$900 (including a Longbridge coffee brewing kit, a MiiR double-wall cup, a stock-themed desk mat and a magnetic card holder), plus one LongbridgeAI AI Exclusive Pro Card.
Pioneer Agent Creator (50 winners): Creators ranked 11th to 60th receive a Longbridge merchandise pack worth over HK$200 (including a stock-ticker cup, a stock-themed tote bag, an AI-stock-themed folding umbrella and a magnetic card holder), plus a one-month LongbridgeAI AI Exclusive Pro Card.
Rankings are based on each entry's overall performance as of the campaign deadline. Where a user has multiple entries, only the highest-ranked entry is counted, and each user may receive at most one tier of prize. Where overall performance is tied, the entry published first takes precedence.
The style and colour of physical prizes are subject to available stock and are allocated at random; specific requests cannot be accommodated. If stock is insufficient, we reserve the right to substitute other merchandise of equivalent value. If the number of eligible entries is fewer than the number of prizes in a tier, prizes are awarded according to the actual number and will not be topped up. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
How to use the AI Exclusive Pro Card
Download the Longbridge App, then view and activate the card in "Longbridge App – My Vouchers". Claim it for free — no payment method needs to be linked, no automatic renewal, and no charges when it expires.
After activating Pro, you'll get:
Higher AI usage limits: Run more in-depth analyses and continue conversations for longer without reaching your usage limit as quickly when researching complex topics.
Access to all built-in tools: Use tools for market data, candlestick charts, financial statements, macroeconomic data, news, and charts.
Access to all official Skills: Use professional Skills for stock screening, earnings analysis, business analysis, and more, without having to set up an analysis workflow from scratch.
More space to create: Increase your Knowledge Base storage to 5 GB, 100 times the Starter plan limit; create up to 20 custom Skills, compared with 3 on the Starter plan; upload your own research materials and have AI answer questions based on them.
How to check your benefits: After activation, your Pro benefits take effect even if the plan name displayed on the page has not yet changed. Go to "AI" → "Settings" → "Usage" to view your current usage and the remaining validity period of your Pro membership.
Terms of use:
Can be used alongside any existing plan.
After expiry, your account automatically returns to its original plan, with no charges.
Any Agents you have created and content uploaded to your Knowledge Base remain available after expiry.
The card is for personal use only and cannot be transferred.
4. Reward Distribution Time and Method
Results will be announced within 7 business days after the campaign ends. Winners will be notified via an in-app message on the platform, and the winners' list will be posted on the campaign page and the official LongbridgeAI community account for a publicity period of 7 days.
Physical prizes: Winners must submit their delivery details as instructed within 7 days of receiving the notification; failure to do so is deemed a forfeit of the prize, which will not be reissued. Prizes will be dispatched within 10 business days after the delivery details are confirmed.
AI Exclusive Pro Card: The card will be credited to "Longbridge App – My Vouchers". Users must activate and use the card within its validity period; failure to do so will result in expiry, which is deemed a forfeit of the reward, and it will not be reissued.
Winners may choose to decline a prize. Any objection to the judging results may be raised through the platform's online customer service during the publicity period, and the organiser will respond after verification.
5. Other Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
This campaign is organized by LongbridgeAI. This campaign and any related rewards do not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or investment advice regarding any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor should they be regarded as professional advice.
Entered Agents are created and published by users themselves, and their output is generated by AI models. We assume no responsibility for any content, opinions, or recommendations provided by entered Agents. Users are responsible for the content of the Agents they create and publish, and must ensure it complies with the relevant terms of use of the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform and the applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Persons viewing the materials relating to this campaign should, before making any investment decision, fully understand the relevant risks and the applicable legal, tax, and accounting characteristics, and should make an independent judgment based on their own financial circumstances, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. Professional advice should be sought where necessary.
An entry's ranking, prize, or featured spot in the Marketplace reflects only its performance under the judging criteria of this campaign, and does not constitute any acknowledgement, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee by LongbridgeAI of the entry's content, quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability. Users should independently verify the content of any entry and exercise their own judgment before using it.

Participation in this campaign is free of charge and carries no obligations. Withdrawal after successful sign-up is not supported; if a user closes their platform account, their eligibility lapses automatically.
Participants agree to the applicable terms of use of the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform, and entries must comply with the relevant management rules of the LongbridgeAI Agent Platform. We reserve the right to take down, or restrict the display in the Marketplace of, any entry containing prohibited content, inducing statements or spam, or suspected of usage manipulation; entries taken down are deemed withdrawn. In serious cases, we reserve the right to disqualify the relevant user and revoke any rewards obtained.
We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participation, revoke any rewards obtained, and restrict the relevant accounts' use of platform features, in the event of repeated sign-ups with multiple accounts, bulk registration, automated or mutual usage manipulation, falsification of information, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or the use of other technical means to obtain quota, influence rankings, or pursue improper benefits during the campaign.
For entries created and published from a team workspace, the owner of that workspace shall receive the prize and bear the corresponding responsibility as the representative participant.
Winning entries remain on the Agent Marketplace by default and remain available for duplication, so that other users can learn from and use them.
By participating in this campaign, users agree to the display of their platform nickname, avatar, and the name of their winning entry in the announcement of winners.
Users agree that we will collect and use their participation data in this campaign (including sign-up records, publication records, and usage data of entries) for the purposes of this campaign, solely for the verification of eligibility, judging, and the distribution of rewards, and for no other purpose. We only review Agents that users have published publicly to the Marketplace, and will not use entered Agents for any purpose other than judging.
If rewards cannot be distributed as scheduled due to force majeure, we shall not provide any guarantee or bear any liability in this regard, and we reserve the right to make final changes to the rewards.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, amend, or terminate the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without further notice. In the event of any dispute, LongbridgeAI's backend data shall prevail, and we reserve the final right of interpretation and decision. Participation in this campaign shall be deemed as consent to provide the relevant data of this campaign to us.
