Dormant Account
1. What is a Dormant Account?
Any account meeting the following conditions will be classified as a dormant account:
- The client has not actively operated their Longbridge securities account in the past three years, including activities such as securities trading, IPO subscription, fund subscription, fund redemption, fund deposits, fund withdrawals, stock deposits, or stock withdrawals.
- The net asset value of the securities account is less than HK$100 equivalent.
2. Impact of a Dormant Account on the Client
Dormant accounts will have their functions restricted, including trading, fund withdrawals, and stock transfers.
3. How to Reactivate a Dormant Account?
If you wish to reactivate a dormant account, you can contact Longbridge customer service via online support, phone, or email to proceed with the reactivation.
