What is online banking transfer?

Online banking transfer is a way of depositing funds. Users obtain the bank payee information of Long Bridge HK Limited through Longbridge App, transfer funds through mobile banking or online banking, and then upload the transfer voucher to the Longbridge App.

Receiving Bank Account

The user transfers funds through online banking to the Long Bridge HK Limited. Please keep a screenshot of the remittance voucher when the remittance is completed.

  • For HKD transfer, please find [Transfer-Local Account Transfer],Both mobile and web terminals are supported
  • For USD transfer, please find [Transfer-Telegraphic Transfer],It is recommended to deposit funds on the web side;

Arrive timeThe transfer between HK counterparts will arrive within 2 hours at the fastest. For inter-bank transfers in Hong Kong, it is estimated that it will take 1-3 working days to arrive. The specific time is subject to the bank.

Mobile Banking

1. Download the Banking App in the mobile App Store or App Store, and log in.

2.Log in on the mobile App.

3. [Important] The first time you transfer money in the mobile app, you must log in to the PC to add the payee information (if you have already added it, ignore this step).

1) Log in to Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong ( https://www.sc.com/hk/zh/ )

Select "Online Bankind Longin" under "Login" and enter the online banking page after security verification.

2) After entering the PC online banking page, select [Add Local Account Payee] under [Local Account] under [Transfer].

3) After entering the details page, enter the payee information, and click [Next] after inputting.

4) Confirm the information and click [Confirm] after confirming that it is correct.

5) Follow the three steps below to enter the SC Mobile Key. After the verification is completed, the payee information is added.

6) Go back to the mobile app, log in and select [Local Accounts] under [Transfer], and click [Local Transfer] to send money.

7) Select the desired payee profile, and then select the payer account.

8)After entering the transfer amount and remittance remarks, select the expected remittance time.

9)Submit after verifying the information. No security verification is required during the entire transfer process. Please make sure to do the verification.

10)[Important] In order to ensure the timeliness of the payment, please save a screenshot of the remittance to your mobile phone (or take a photo) when the remittance is completed, and then upload it through the Longbridge App.

Online Banking

1.Log in to Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong: https://www.sc.com/hk/zh/

After selecting "Online Login", perform security verification

2.After entering the PC Internet Banking page, please use the [Transfer-Local Account] method for HKD remittance, and [Transfer-Wire Transfer] for USD or offshore RMB remittance

1) For HKD Transfer: select "Transfer"-"Local Account"

2) For USD or RNH transfer: select "Transfer"-"Local Remittance"-"Add Wire Transfer Recipient"

In filling in the wire transfer, the receiving bank: Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited, you can choose the abbreviation: IND N CO BK OF CHINA ASIA LTD (FORMER UNION BK OF HK, as shown by the red icon:

3.After entering the details page, enter the payee information, and click [Next] after the input is complete.

4.Confirm the information and click [Confirm] after confirming that it is correct.

5.Follow the three steps below to enter the SC Mobile Key. After verification, the payee information is added.

6.Select the recipient who needs to remit and click [Transfer].

7.After entering the transfer page, select the transfer account, enter the transfer amount and remittance remarks, and click [Next] after inputting.

8.After verifying that the information is correct, click [Confirm], and the transfer is completed after the prompt is successful.

9.[Important] In order to ensure the timeliness of the payment, please save a screenshot of the remittance to your mobile phone (or take a photo) when the remittance is completed, and then upload it through the Longbridge App.

Notice

  1. Customers need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number or email address and a newly issued certificate with their bank.
  2. Long Bridge HK Limited cannot accept incoming funds from third party, and can only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the same name registered with us. Otherwise, the cost of refund will be borne by the customer.
  3. Bank may take a certain amount of time to process the remittance, and the "remitted" notification from bank does not mean that Long Bridge HK Limited has received the money. And funds are subject to settlement and approval upon receipt. Please be informed that Banks and Long Bridge HK Limited do not handle remittance during Hong Kong Public Holidays, so extra time is needed.
  4. Long Bridge HK Limited does not accept direct cash deposits at this moment.
