Citibank Online Banking Transfer And Deposit Guidelines

What is online banking transfer?

Online banking transfer is a way of depositing funds. Users obtain the bank payee information of Long Bridge HK Limited through Longbridge App, transfer funds through mobile banking or online banking, and then upload the transfer voucher to the Longbridge App.

The user transfers funds through online banking to the Long Bridge HK Limited. Please keep a screenshot of the remittance voucher when the remittance is completed.

1.Open the Citibank App and log in, select Transfer, and click New Account.

2.Select the local payee, Payee Type is Local Non-Citibank Account, fill in the information and click Continue.

3.Check the information after filling in and click OK to verify the security code.

4.After filling in the transfer amount, click Pay to complete the transfer.

[Important] In order to ensure the timeliness of the payment, please save a screenshot of the remittance to your mobile phone (or take a photo) when the remittance is completed, and then upload it through the Longbridge App.

Please refer to the actual fees charged by banks. Long Bridge HK Limited doesn't charge fees.

Arrive time

The transfer between HK counterparts will arrive within 2 hours at the fastest. For inter-bank transfers in Hong Kong, it is estimated that it will take 1-3 working days to arrive. The specific time is subject to the bank.

Notice

  1. Customers need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number or email address and a newly issued certificate with their bank.
  2. Long Bridge HK Limited cannot accept incoming funds from third party, and can only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the same name registered with us. Otherwise, the cost of refund will be borne by the customer.
  3. Bank may take a certain amount of time to process the remittance, and the "remitted" notification from bank does not mean that Long Bridge HK Limited has received the money. And funds are subject to settlement and approval upon receipt. Please be informed that Banks and Long Bridge HK Limited do not handle remittance during Hong Kong Public Holidays, so extra time is needed.
  4. Long Bridge HK Limited does not accept direct cash deposits at this moment.
