Live Trading Leaderboard & Incentive Programs
Real trading results, out in the open, measured side by side — that's the Live Trading Leaderboard.
The leaderboard is generated from the real transaction data that participating users have authorized for public display, and ranks by time-weighted rate of return (the true level of return after the effect of deposits and withdrawals is stripped out). There are two tracks: the Monthly Leaderboard runs by calendar month, while the Annual Leaderboard is a year-long marathon held only once a year.
Who can appear on the leaderboard?
To be ranked, you must meet all of the following:
- Total account assets of no less than HKD 100,000
- A positive rate of return for the statistical period
- Live Trading authorization enabled, and kept enabled for no fewer than 30% of the days in the period (see the notes below)
I've just enabled Live Trading authorization — when can I compete?
- Monthly Leaderboard: if you enable authorization only within the last 10 days of the month, you will not be ranked for that month (the leaderboard will show "Not ranked yet"); you will compete normally from the next period onward. (The Monthly Leaderboard program takes effect from the date of this announcement.)
- Annual Leaderboard: requires more than 180 cumulative days of authorization, with authorization kept enabled throughout the most recent 90 days. (The Annual Leaderboard program starts on 1 January 2027.)
- In addition, users with any record of community content violations during the statistical period are disqualified.
How are rankings determined?
- There is only one core metric: the account's overall time-weighted rate of return for the statistical period, ranked from highest to lowest
- If returns are tied, the profit amount is compared, and the higher amount ranks first
- The leaderboard is updated once a day and shows data as at the previous trading day
When are results announced?
- Monthly Leaderboard: final rankings for the previous month are published within the first 3 days of each month
- Annual Leaderboard: final rankings for the previous year are published within the first 3 days of each year
What do you get for ranking?
Monthly Leaderboard:
- 1st–3rd place: 600,000 Task Coins each
- 4th–10th place: 300,000 Task Coins each
- 11th–50th place: 50,000 Task Coins each
- All top 50 receive the exclusive badge for that month's Monthly Leaderboard
Annual Leaderboard:
- 1st–3rd place: 3,000,000 Task Coins each
- 4th–10th place: 1,200,000 Task Coins each
- 11th–50th place: 100,000 Task Coins each
- All top 50 receive the Annual Badge — the highest honour of the year in the Live Trading system
Task Coins can be redeemed for physical gifts in the Redemption Mall; redemption rules are as stated on the store page.
On fairness
- Users who do not meet the Live Trading authorization duration requirement for a period will have both their ranking and their badge for that period revoked
- To keep the competition fair, please be sure to comply with the community rules, program rules and other applicable rules. The platform will review abnormal data and, where necessary, revoke the rankings of the users concerned
Beyond the leaderboard: more rewards
Ranking is not the only way to win. The following incentive programs run in parallel, and the Task Coins earned can likewise be redeemed for physical gifts in the Rewards Store.
1. Beat the Nasdaq Challenge (annual · open to all users who have enabled the Feature)
- If your full-year rate of return beats the Nasdaq Composite Index, you share in the annual prize pool of 20,000,000 Task Coins together with all other qualifiers, and receive the annual "Beat the Nasdaq Live Trading Author" badge
- Eligibility: in 2026, Live Trading must remain enabled throughout the last 90 days of the year
2. Outstanding Trading Update Selection (monthly · open to all users who have enabled the Feature)
- Each month the platform selects "Outstanding Live Trading Updates"; those selected share that month's prize pool of 5,000,000 Task Coins
- Selection factors include: number of orders; order quality (order amount, win rate, etc.); and the quality of order content (clear views and reasoning, as distinct from order posts generated from the system's default template). The final list is determined by the platform on an overall assessment
- Maximum of 1,000,000 Task Coins per person per month
3. Comment on Live Trading updates and earn rewards (monthly · open to all subscribing users)
- Users who have unlocked the Live Trading subscription feature and post valid comments on Live Trading authors' order posts during the month (confirmed by content review as not spam) can share that month's prize pool of 1,600,000 Task Coins
- If your comment receives a like or a reply from the Live Trading author, it will be weighted more heavily when rewards are calculated
- Maximum of 100,000 Task Coins per person per month (weighted amounts included)
