Submit a Transfer-out Request at Longbridge

1. Launch Longbridge App, click on the Portfolio tab - “More” - “Share Transfer-Out”

2. Fill in the information of the receiving brokerage, including account name and account number, then click Next. Then, fill in the stock information and click Next.

3. Submit the transfer-out request after confirming the transfer-out details, and it will indicate that your transfer-out request has been made successfully.

4. You can view transfer records as well as processing progress details.

1. This transfer request only supports transfers under the same name; stock beneficiary changes are not permitted;
2. It generally takes 5 to 10 business days to transfer out shares (the transfer time is for reference only and subject to the actual processing time of both brokers). Please be patient as both Long Bridge Securities and the other broker will get in touch with each other to make sure there is no issue before the transfer of shares can start;
3. Transfer fees: Generally, the receiving broker waives transfer fees while the transferring broker charges them. Long Bridge Securities charges HKD 500 per stock/transfer for transferring out HK stocks and USD 150 per stock/transfer for transferring out US stocks. (Please make sure your account has enough money to cover the transfer costs before starting the transfer);
4. Your stock holdings need to be settled before you can submit a transfer-out request.
