What is currency exchange?

Currency exchange refers to the mutual conversion between multiple currencies in a securities account. Long Bridge HK Limited offers a currency exchange feature in order to facilitate the conversion of funds between Hong Kong stocks and U.S. stocks.

How are currency exchanges performed?

Open the App - go to the "Assets" channel -"More"- select "Currency Exchange". After entering, you can view the current exchange rate, enter the amount and exchange currency.

Which currencies does the currency exchange support?

Currency exchange supports U.S. dollars and Hong Kong dollars.

What does it cost to exchange currency?

There is no service fee for currency exchanges.

How is the currency exchange rate calculated?

Since currency exchange rates change in real time, currency exchanges are subject to the exchange rate at the time of actual conversion.

Estimated exchange completion time (please refer to the actual completion time. The below information is for reference purposes only)

1. Completion time: Currency exchange orders submitted between 08:00 a.m. on the trading day and 05:00 a.m. on the following day are expected to be completed in real time.（Except for 25 December and 1st January）
2. Non-real-time completion time: currency exchange orders submitted on non-trading days will be completed during the hours open for currency exchanges on the next trading day.

For example, an exchange order submitted on Sunday will be completed after 08:00 a.m. on Monday.
