Bank of China (Hong Kong) eDDA Authorization

What is eDDA?

eDDA (Electronic Direct Debit Authorization) Deposit is a fast deposit method based on "HK FPS". By authorizing bank account, customers can initiate a deposit in Longbridge APP instead of dealing with complex bank transfer. Funds can be transferred from your bank account into your Long Bridge HK Limited account according to your deposit instruction.

Notes：Supported currency of eDDA: HKD only.

Notice:

1. Customers need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number or email address and a newly issued certificate with their bank.

2. Long Bridge HK Limited cannot accept incoming funds from third party, and can only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the same name registered with us. Otherwise, the cost of refund will be borne by the customer.

3. Bank may take a certain amount of time to process the remittance, and the "remitted" notification from bank does not mean that Long Bridge HK Limited has received the money. And funds are subject to settlement and approval upon receipt. Please be informed that Banks and Long Bridge HK Limited do not handle remittance during Hong Kong Public Holidays, so extra time is needed.

4. Long Bridge HK Limited does not accept direct cash deposits at this moment.

Initiate authorization via mobile banking

1.1 Login BOC(Hong Kong) mobile banking, select Autopay-Direct debit authorization

1.2 On the [Direct Debit Authorization] page, select [Set up Direct Debit Authorization]

1.3 Select the merchant’s identification code/account number, fill in the following information when entering the information and click Agree and Continue

• Merchant bank account number: 752027854001
• Merchant name：Long Bridge HK Limited
• Bill reference number：Please input your Longbrigde APP ID Number
• Bank code and name： 024 - HANG SENG BANK LIMITED
• Maximum amount：According to your requirement, recommend [No Upper Limit]
• Expiry Date：According to your requirement, recommend [Until Further Notice]

1.4 Confirm the information, verify that the information is correct, and click Confirm.

After clicking confirm, enter the online banking password / face ID authentication.

2. Waiting for approval

Generally, it takes 1-2 days for bank to verify your application after you submit the authorization request to your bank. Please initiate a deposit request after the bank's authorization is approved which is subject to the notification of the bank.

3. Credited Time

There is no limit for Long Bridge HK Limited. Please pay attention to whether there is a transfer limit on the bank.

*If the Hong Kong stock market is closed, the credited time will be postponed.
