Statement Instruction

Time to Send Statement

Daily statementWithin 2 trading days of the transaction.
Monthly statementWithin 5 trading days of the next month.

How to View Statement

Method 1

Longbridge App - “Portfolio” -“More” -“E-Statement”. You can select a statement to view according to your needs.

Method 2

Go to the email which you entered when opening the account to download and view. If it is not your frequently used email and needs to be changed, you can go to the Longbridge App - “Me” - “Settings” - “Account” - “Email address” - “Change email address”, and the next statement will be sent to your new email address.

Language

  • Currently, the statement supports three languages, namely Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. The default language is the same as your Longbridge App language setting.
  • If you need to change the current statement language, you can adjust the language settings of the Longbridge App, and it will take effect in the next statement.
  • How to change language: launch Longbridge APP - “Me” - “Settings” - “General” - “Language Settings” - “App Language”, select language, and tap “Save”.
