By choosing to continue participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the above terms. Invited new registered Longbridge users, starting from the beginning of the campaign

3. Campaign Tasks and Rewards

Reward details:

The invited user must register and log in to Longbridge for the first time via the inviter's exclusive link, and complete their first question in LongbridgeAI* after logging in, to be deemed successful. The invited user will receive an AI-Exclusive Pro Benefits Card (7 days), valid for 240 days (starting from when the user successfully receives the card).

*LongbridgeAI includes the in-app LongbridgeAI chatbot, the web-based LongbridgeAI chatbot, Skills, MCP, and CLI.

How to Use the Card

Download the Longbridge App, then view and activate the card in "Longbridge App – My Cards & Coupons". The benefits end automatically upon expiry, with no charges incurred. Tap "Activate" to enjoy 7 days of Pro benefits.

By activating Pro, you get:

1. Higher AI usage quota: Supports more rounds of in-depth analysis and consecutive follow-up questions, making it less likely to hit usage limits when researching complex topics.
2. Access to all built-in tools: Call tools such as market quotes, candlestick charts, financial reports, macro data, news, and charting — and analyze in combination with your own portfolio.
3. Access to all official Skills: Directly use professional Skills such as stock screening, earnings report interpretation, and core business analysis, without setting up analysis methods from scratch.
4. Publish your own Agents: AI assistants you create can be published to the App Marketplace and shared with more users.
5. Greater creative capacity: Knowledge base capacity increased to 5 GB — 100× that of the Starter plan; create up to 20 custom Skills (vs. 3 on Starter); upload your own research materials so the AI can answer based on your specified content.

How to check your benefits: After activation, Pro benefits take effect even if the plan name shown on the page has not yet changed.
You can go to: "AI" → "Settings" → "Usage" to view your current usage and the remaining validity of Pro.

*Usage notes:

1. Can be stacked with any current plan.
2. After the 7-day period expires, your account automatically reverts to the original plan with no charges incurred.
3. The card is valid for 240 days; it becomes void upon expiry and will not be reissued.
4. After expiry, Agents you have created and knowledge base content you have uploaded will be retained.
5. This card is for personal use only and may not be transferred to others.

4. Reward Distribution Time and Method

The relevant rewards will be distributed to App – My Cards & Coupons within 5 business days after the invited user completes a successful invitation.

5. Other Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is organized by Longbridge. This campaign and any related rewards do not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or investment advice regarding any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor should they be regarded as professional advice.
2. Longbridge only provides data tool interfaces for connecting third-party AI Agents to access market data and other data on the Longbridge platform. All analyses, responses, and related content are independently generated by the third-party AI Agent chosen by the user and are unrelated to Longbridge. Longbridge HK assumes no responsibility for any content, opinions, or recommendations provided by third-party AI Agents; users should exercise their own judgment and bear the corresponding risks. Persons viewing these campaign materials should, before making any investment decision, fully understand the relevant risks and the applicable legal, tax, and accounting characteristics, and make independent judgments based on their personal financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. 3. The AI Agent you interact with is an artificial intelligence system, not a real human, and may malfunction or provide inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information. Where any participant engages in malicious reward farming, use of automated programs, falsification of information, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or use of technical means to obtain improper benefits during the campaign period, Longbridge reserves the right to disqualify the relevant user from participation and revoke any rewards obtained.
5. The same user's account, ID card, mobile phone number, bank card, or mobile device shall all be deemed to belong to the same user. If multiple accounts are logged in on the same device, or the same account is logged in on multiple devices, Longbridge HK reserves the right to suspend or permanently cease distributing rewards to the relevant accounts.
6. If rewards cannot be distributed as scheduled due to force majeure, Longbridge makes no guarantee and assumes no liability in this regard, and reserves the right to make final changes to the rewards.
7. The user agrees that Longbridge will collect and use your campaign participation data (including invitation records, usage records, etc.) in accordance with the purpose of this campaign, solely for eligibility verification and reward distribution, and for no other purpose.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Longbridge reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without further notice. In the event of any dispute, Longbridge's backend data shall prevail, and Longbridge reserves the right of final interpretation and decision. By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to consent to the provision of data related to this campaign to Longbridge.
