Transfer supported tokens from an external wallet into your Longbridge account by following the steps below.

Before You Start

  • Make sure your account has crypto permissions enabled. If not, you will be directed to activate them first.
  • Double-check that the token, network, tag (if applicable), and receiving address all match exactly. Any mismatch may result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of your crypto.
Important
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Always verify all details before sending funds from your external wallet.

Step 1: Open Crypto Transfer

From your Portfolio home screen, tap Crypto transfer in the button menu. If crypto permissions have not yet been activated on your account, you will be redirected to the activation page first. Once activated, you will be taken to the Crypto Transfer page.

On this page, tap Deposit to begin.

Step 2: Select a Token

A token selection screen will appear with a search bar at the top. Tokens are listed alphabetically by ticker symbol (e.g., BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT).

  • Search or scroll to find the token you want to deposit.
  • Tap a token to select it.
Note
If deposits for your selected token are not supported in your registration region, a pop-up will appear. Tap OK and choose a different token.

Step 3: Select a Network

After choosing your token, you will need to confirm the transfer network.

  • If only one network is available for that token, it will be pre-filled automatically and cannot be changed.
  • If multiple networks are available, the field will be blank — tap the field to select the correct one from the dropdown.
Important
Always verify that the network matches the one used by your sending wallet. Sending funds over the wrong network will result in permanent loss.

Once both the Token and Network fields are filled in, tap Next.

Step 4: Confirm the Warning

A pop-up will appear reminding you to verify all details — including the token, network, tag, and address — before sending. Read it carefully and tap OK to proceed.

Step 5: Get Your Deposit Address

You will now see your deposit information. Use this to send crypto from your external wallet.

Step 6: Send from Your External Wallet

Open your external wallet or exchange and send crypto to the deposit address shown. Before confirming the transaction, verify all of the following:

  • Token type matches
  • Network matches
  • Address is copied exactly (use the Copy button to avoid errors)
  • Tag is included if the field was shown in Step 5

Deposits are usually processed quickly, depending on blockchain confirmation times. You can track the deposit status under Transfer History.

Important
A minimum deposit of $10.00 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency) is required per transaction.

FAQs

Q1: Why don’t I see my token in the list?
We currently support a select set of tokens. If yours isn’t listed, it may not be supported yet. Check back as we continue to add more.

Q2: What if I sent to the wrong address or used the wrong network?
Unfortunately, blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network cannot be recovered. Always verify all details before sending.

Q3: What is a Tag and do I need to include it?
Some tokens (like XRP and XLM) require a Tag (also called a Memo) in addition to the deposit address. If a Tag field is shown, the Tag must be included for the deposit to be credited.

Q4: Why did I see an ‘Unable to Load Deposit Address’ error?
This is a temporary system issue. Tap OK and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
