Starter (Free)

Get started with Longbridge AI’s core AI capabilities at no cost.

Features:

  • AI Chat: Chat with AI agents, ask follow-ups, and get deeper market insights

  • Basic Models: Access to standard AI models

  • Limited Usage: Suitable for occasional and exploratory use

Limitations:

  • Limited monthly usage quota

  • AI recommendations, AI trade plans, and AI portfolio P&L analysis not supported

  • Custom strategies not supported

The plan for investors who rely on AI insights in their day-to-day investing

Includes all Starter features, plus:

  • Higher Usage Limits: Increased monthly quota for frequent use

  • AI Recommendations: AI-generated investment analysis with Reg BI disclosures

  • AI Trade Plans: AI-generated trade plans with entry, stop-loss, and target prices

  • AI Portfolio P&L Analysis: AI analysis of your portfolio performance

  • Custom Strategies: Up to 20 personalized investment strategies

Usage Limits

  • Your monthly usage quota is distributed evenly across four weeks and refreshes every week.

  • Unused weekly quota does not roll over to the next week.

  • All AI activities consume usage quotas, including AI chat, tool calls, and analysis features.

When your weekly quota is used up:

When your weekly quota has been used up, the system will display "Weekly usage has been used up." You can either wait for your quota to refresh automatically next week or upgrade to a higher-level subscription plan for additional quotas immediately.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically monthly and can be canceled anytime

  • After cancellation, you keep your current plan benefits until the end of the billing period. When the subscription expires, your account automatically downgrades to the Starter plan.

Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Upgrade: Upgrade at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately, and you pay only the prorated price difference.

  • Downgrade: The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan benefits until then.

  • Cancel: Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. After expiration, your account automatically downgrades to the Starter plan.

FAQs

Q1: Does the Starter plan expire?

A: No. Starter is permanently free and automatically activated upon registration.

Q2: Will my usage quota refresh immediately after upgrading?

A: Yes. Your remaining weekly usage is recalculated immediately based on the quota of your new plan.

Q3: What is Reg BI disclosure?

A: Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) requires broker-dealers to provide important disclosures when making investment recommendations to retail customers. When applicable, AI-generated investment recommendations include disclosures regarding risks, fees, and potential conflicts of interest, consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.

Q4: Will I lose my data after cancellation?

A: No. After your account downgrades to Starter, your chat history and account data are retained. However, your future usage will be subject to the Starter plan’s limits.

Q5: Where can I view my AI Subscription plan?

A: Click on the notifications bell icon on the home page > select Longbridge AI > click the Settings icon > select Upgrade Plan > toggle between plans until you find the one labeled “Current Plan”.
